Lenses, 1984, 30 x 37,8 cm

This is one of the eldest watercolor drawings I presented in this blog so far. Again it was influenced by a famous french hungarian artist: Victor Vasarely. And of course it was 1984, Orwell everywhere. I knew I would be observed everytime everywhere. Now we are observed everytime everywhere.

Hommage á Calder

Hommage á Calder, 1991, 67,3 x 14,8 Dedicated to Alexander Calders "Mobiles" found in the Folkwang Museum in Essen, where I spend a lot of time during my studies in the 80ies.

Tubes Triptych

Tubes A, 1993, 56 x 42 cm Tubes B, 1993, 56 x 42 cm Tubes C, 1992, 56 x 42 cm The Triptych Tubes A, B and C . This series was created in December 1992 and January 1993 during my time in Munich, where I started my career as 3D animation designer.

A Mediterranean Cup

A Mediterranean Cup, 2000, 38 x 28 cm Had a good french coffee and a very interesting time on a trip to the Provence (France) in the year 2000. I visited the Fondation Vasarely in Aix-en-Provence because Victor Vasarely is one of my favourite artists. That is why there is a sort of "OP-Art" in this picture. The brown and orange color are made of the earth colored of Roussillon (Vaucluse).
