Just came back from a longer trip to Malaysia. This mix of dschungel and architecture came in mind while sitting in the bus on the highway near Klang in West Malaysia. More will follow.

A Mediterranean Cup

A Mediterranean Cup, 2000, 38 x 28 cm Had a good french coffee and a very interesting time on a trip to the Provence (France) in the year 2000. I visited the Fondation Vasarely in Aix-en-Provence because Victor Vasarely is one of my favourite artists. That is why there is a sort of "OP-Art" in this picture. The brown and orange color are made of the earth colored of Roussillon (Vaucluse).

Scene in Kitchen, 1985, 48 x 36 cm An early character design and stage composition for a scene in a kitchen. In 1985 I started studying cartoon animation having Hans P. Bacher as my teacher. You should have a look at Hans' blog: https://one1more2time3.wordpress.com/ Some of the things you see and form the parts of the cahracters are still in use today.
